🐾 Refund & Returns Policy – Meow and Woof Market
At Meow and Woof Market, we want every tail wag and whisker twitch to be full of joy. If something isn’t quite right with your order, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
🐾 Returns
- You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order if the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Since our items ship from different warehouses, please contact us before senidng anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
- Certain items (like pet food, grooming products, or personalized items) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
🐾 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are for defective, damaged or lost items. We do not accept refunds for change of mind.
🐾 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
🐾 Damaged or Wrong Items
Uh-oh! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll fetch a solution right away (replacement or refund). 🐶🐱
